• No one under the age of 21 will be allowed rental; all minors must be in the company of a parent or family member of or over the legal age. 
• Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday
• Check-in time at 3:00 PM
• Check-out time by 11:00 Am
• 50% deposit of rental agreement is required for the reservation.
• Balance + the security deposit + Lease Agreement are due three weeks prior to your arrival
• All tenants must obey the Occupancy Laws of the City of Brigantine. 
• The condo complex does not permit pets at any time. No smoking is allowed inside the condo at any time. 
  

Deposits

• There is a deposit to reserve the property. (1/2 of the Rental Agreement) 
• There is also $500 security deposit  required. 
  

Refunds

• If cancellation is with in 30 days prior to reservation date, one half of the deposit will be refunded. 
• The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property by property manager and receive of the condo keys.   Refund will be mailed within 30 days of your departure.
